We promote soccer talents- supportive to your club and not compensating.

Also we support all your individual needs to become a real soccer player: motivation, discipline, patience and passion- even if you’ve got enough of it! That’s what we call the: Do-More-Concept!!

„YOUR CHANCE“ offers young and talented players aged between 12 and 21, after agreement, a professional training within a certain period of time, normally 2 weeks.

Our players also have the opportunity to be recommended to one of the following cooperation clubs via our 3 LEVEL model or the higher based clubs and integrate to a cooperation club and their Youth Teams (Nachwuchs-Leistungs-Zentrum) for example: Borussia Dortmund, VfL Bochum, FC Schalke 04, Bayer 04 Leverkusen.

The training includes all key aspects which are needed for a modern and approaching professional soccer player.

The training will be passed by licensed DFB (German Football Association) trainers and F.A.G. trainers.

The F.A.G decides if and when the player is ready to gain the next LEVEL. There is no guarantee given to join a test training in any licensed club if the player does not achieve the LEVEL 3.

Three Personal Coaching units (each 60 Min.) with different contents:

• Athletic-, frequence and speedtest with comparative data of players from youth academies.
• Technics, tricks and turns programs developed by the F.A.G.
• Two footed passing and shooting.
• Analysis of character and virtues which are expected from a german soccer player.

Level 1 is about evaluating the players performance level and his personality. The training impressions decide if the player reaches the next Level.

Analysis and observation in higher based clubs to evaluate the level of performance and his capacity for teamwork.

• Social behaviour.
• Team and individual strategy.
• Position flexibility.
• Tacklings and competitive situations.
• Courage, self-confidence and efficiency.

After these team-training sessions, the F.A.G decides, if the player reaches level 3.

Otherwise level 2 will be the end of the programm.

Placement in a german youth academy, highest level (NLZ).

• Competition with some of the best german youth players.
• Possible consultancy agreement between the player and the F.A.G.
• The F.A.G cooperates with DFB-licensed agencies.

In Level 3 the player gets the chance to train in a youth academy. After some training sessions, it´s the clubs choice, if the player will be a member of the team. The F.A.G can´t guarantee any success. To be better prepared, we recommend further personal coachings before the test phase.

The participation on „YOUR CHANCE“ program requires a detailed player profil. After getting the following facts, we decide if we start the program.

It depends on the date-arrangement with clubs and the reached level. About 5-7 days per level.

The player or his familiy has to defray the costs for journey and lodging. We recommend some close hotels:
